About the Tour
No introduction needed — Hakone is renowned as one of the best driving destinations in Japan, with a collection of iconic mountain passes all packed within one mountain range and located right next to each other.
Since the launch of Drivers Lounge, our Hakone Tour has consistently been our best-selling experience. But starting July 2025, we're taking things up a notch to further elevate your driving adventure.
Everyone who visits Drivers Lounge comes for one reason: TO DRIVE, not to sightsee. Despite the additional cost required to cover more distance and tolls, we’re thrilled to introduce a major upgrade to the tour: the FULL Izu Skyline. This technical, scenic touge stretches over 40km one way and is an absolute must for driving enthusiasts.
As a bonus for our Initial D fans, we've also added the legendary Nagao Touge, made famous by the race between Takumi and Keisuke against the MRS and Supra. Now, you can relive those moments on the very roads featured in the anime.
Our new route covers the full Izu Skyline (both southbound and northbound), Hakone Turnpike, Tsubaki Line, Ashinoko Skyline, Hakone Skyline, and Nagao Touge, totaling approximately 120km of thrilling touge driving out of the 270km you’ll cover during the entire tour.
The Hakone Tour includes car swapping during the tour, you will be exchanging cars with other participants during the tour, which means you will be able to at least experience two JDM cars of your dream at one price.
This is a all inclusive tour, all tolls, fuel, car rental cost and tour guide charges are including in the fee. However, you will need to pay for your own lunch and beverages.

Cars for the Tour
Our tours follow a unique and industry first Car Rotation System, allowing participants to rotate cars under the guidance of our staff, ensuring everyone gets a chance to experience different vehicles.
Cars are categorized into groups based on their performance and driving characteristics.

Each participant can nominate the cars they'd like to drive on the day. After registration, our team will contact you to understand your preferences and help with finalizing the lineup. However, final car allocation is subject to availability and staff discretion.
Note: Our guide will assist in rotating cars with customers when necessary, ensuring optimal driving experience.

Cars for the Tour
Kindly note that our unique Car Rotation System does not apply to this tour. However, if you are joining as a group of friends, you may swap cars within your group for an additional fee of ¥10,000 per car as a registration fee for extra driver. Please ensure prior notice is provided at least 48 hours before your tour.
* Please be aware that all cars are subject to availability on the day of your tour. In the event that your chosen car is unavailable, we will notify you. You will then have the option to select another car, reschedule your tour, or request a refund.
Itinerary
8:45 AM
Arrive at Noborito Station. Our staff will greet you outside the Ikuta Park Exit and provide a complimentary 5-minute transfer to our lounge.
9:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Arrive at the Drivers Lounge for registration and a safety briefing.
9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Start the tour with a relaxed 1-hour highway drive to help you get familiar with the car and local traffic conditions.
10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Kick off your mountain adventure with a thrilling ascent of the world-famous Hakone Turnpike, featuring winding roads and spectacular views. Take a short break at the Turnpike Skylounge before heading to the southbound Izu Skyline — over 40km of uninterrupted touge driving heaven.
12:30 PM – 1:30 PM
Enjoy lunch at one of our recommended local restaurants (meal cost not included), where you can savor regional flavors and take a well-deserved break.
1:30 PM – 3:00 PM
Return to Izu Skyline — this time heading northbound. Afterward, we’ll stop briefly at Mikuni on Ashinoko Skyline and the stunning Hakone Skyline.
3:00 PM – 3:30 PM
The excitement peaks with Nagao Touge — the narrow, technical mountain pass known for its Initial D fame. Look out for the spots where Takumi and Keisuke battled it out.
3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Finish with a scenic coastal drive back to our office. Unwind with a complimentary coffee in our lounge before we take you back to Noborito Station.
